    You should buy hobby boxes that guarantee to contain a memorabilia card (jersey card/autographed card). These boxes usually cost $19.99. Also, now and then, buy a cheap box, when you don’t feel like spending a lot of money.
    Store your cards in binders. You should also have separate binders, or sections in binders, to separate your cards by sport or team, or any way you want to organize them.
    If you want to get your cards graded get them graded by Beckett. Get them graded when you know you will be in town when they are sent back to you.
    Yes people catalog their cards, but I don’t. You should hold onto your cards because they increase value over time.
